On my trip to London for the DOGA AGT, I arrived a bit early and dropped into the Canal Museum. Around the back they have this very modellable Bantam Tug boat.
According to the display inside, the important details are:
Length - 21feet (6.4m)
Beam: 8 feet (2.44m)
Beam over rubber fenders: 8ft 9in (2.67m)
Draught: 3ft 3 in (1m)
