A daily updated blog typed by someone with painty hands, oil under his fingernails and the smell of solder in his nostrils who likes making all sort of models and miniatures. And fixing things.
This happens a lot in bike shops. A customer comes in with a bike with brakes hanging off the side, and says "I tried to adjust them but they broke".
Which is fine, at least they're honest. The anoying types are the customers who come in with a poorly assembled brake who deny that they ever touched it and demand that we fix it, like, now, because they want to go on a bike ride.
Then they try and persuade us it should be done for nothing as it is under warranty...
