It was nice seeing some of my modelling being praised in the magazine; albeit ambiguously credited to someone else. To be clear that's not a complaint aimed at you Phil, as obviously you work with the material you are sent.
ReplyDeleteIn case anyone wonders what I'm talking about, I designed and 3D printed the highly detailed Simplex radiator Dan Foard adds to his Simplex and describes on page 19. More details on how that was made, along with a bunch of other Simplex detailing parts, may appear in a later edition of Garden Rail as Phil already has my article describing how they came about.

Yes, I can imagine that given their popularity you get more than the average number of article on building Simplex locomotives!
