Saturday Film Club: The Hospital with its own Private Railway - Hellingly Hospital Railway
A really nicely put together film about Hellingly. There's even a photo I don't think I've seen before.

More local to me was the asylum railway at Cheddleton. Lancashire had the Whittingham Hospital line. I believe someone built a 7mm layout based on that.

Hospital Gates, the layout was called; was in the Railway Modeller in October or November 2009 IIRC
