Saturday Film Club: Why DO we love model trains?
Why do we love model railways? Tim Dunn asked people at The National Festival of Railway Modelling.

This is rather good. There was a sneering documenatry about toys some years ago, pre James May House of Toys. I was waiting for the coup de grace when they cam to model railways. And the psychologist opened by saying, "Model Railways, flick a few switches and you think you run your own little world. I wish I had one!" Its a marvellous hobby.
Right presenter, and right attitude. Best of all, since it's been commissioned by a real railway company, it will be seen by lots of people outside our hobby. Maybe some will understand why we do what we do.
