A very deep analysis of the TV show "Tugs" with behind the scenes information and details of every character and every story. There is a LOT of work in this, both research and putting the film together. Amazing work.

So, there's more to it than just a cartoon about boats? I have to confess, it was after my childhood and i never gave it any attention when i had kids of my own due to the subject matter. (I have a secret affection for Titipo though as a fun alternative for what Thomas has become)
