In a Loughborough back street is the factory once owned by Herbert Morris Ltd, crane manufacturers. You can find more of their history here.
Sadly, no longer in operation, the building is a cracker for modellers. Most of the frontage is a series of repeated, brick units, not unlike those sold by Skytrex.
To be accurate, there would need to be some scratchbuilding, but apart from the brickwork around those windows, nothing too difficult.

At the risk of making what some people might see as a political comment, signs advertising buildings like these for sale, rent or "demolition and redevelopment" might also help to "fix" a scene like this in time.
They wouldn't necessarily "fix" the location, as a lot of commercial real estate signs seem to refer to outfits in big cities at the other end of the country (especially London).
