On a recent photo job, I spotted this bus garage in Elloughton. Not a large building from the front, although it's quite deep, I think there is a lot of modelling potential here.
A bit of scratchbuilding with card face with Plastikard should do it. There's no complicated shapes to contend with, not even any windows as it's a northlight roof.
