Ruston 165DS chassis test
With power coming from the desperately unsophisticated H&M Controller I like to use for this sort of job, the Ruston 165DS chassis sits on the rolling roads to begin running in.
I need to tweak the pick-ups a little and there is obviously some paint in the wrong place somewhere, but with a bit if weight this little loco should run OK. Top speed is adequate but not excessive. Bottom speed is walking pace. For a very slow person. Just right.
